try mo mag-download ng ibang om!marami dun sa labas,try mo ung kay shiangtao!multiop yung gamit nya,piliin mo na lang yung server na gusto mong gamitin!its either twitter.globe.com.ph or t.globe.com.ph!

Then install mo. Make sure na tama ang time and date ng phone mo. And don't forget the saying " pag walang tyaga, walang wala lang "

try this i.p. for ur setting sa phone 80.239.242.19 port:80
Then access point name or apn: http.globe.com.ph
ganito format sa http server
http://t.globe.com.ph
then yung proxy server mo na inilagay sa om setting paki remove yun at dapat naka no proxy ang om mo.
