The C702 is an A2 phone. XS++ won't work with it. You need the A2Uploader.

ah see, i have already tried the A2 uploader. I deleted the file security bla bla bla then after that when i disconnect the phone, it didn't work. Maybe i just miss some steps, kindly help me pls. Thnks in return!

you can reset your phone lock using tools like omnius,d-ultimate unlocker or SE King but its not free
