To reset your phone you can do it if you go to menu>settings>general>master reset.
Doesn't your Mac have a case reader?

If the game/program is installed on the phone then it don't help removing it from the memory card.
You have to "uninstall" it.
Open Menu
Select and Open Filemanager
Select and Open Folder for Games
Scroll thru your games and press the
C button and then confirm with "Yes" for every game you want to delete.
Do the same with Programs.

yes. but i think i know why.. if i start the phone without the card, it shows the game, but in red icon
