Each clip has a different Frame Rate. You must configure the program to match the frame of the original clip.
Click right button on clip (for each clip one by one you must click right button to see frame rate) :

Use ImTOO 3GP Video Converter 3 and these settings:

Example video with these settings: Nelly Furtado - Say it right.mp4 (I just change extension from *.3gp to *.mp4)

It will lag when the video is encoded with the incorrect codec. Please note that .MP4 is not necessarily the format but they are a container, just like avi. For example a DIVX4/5, XVID, MPEG4, H264, etc... are all based on similar Mpeg4 video encoding but are still different from each other.

The codec to be used for converting video that will play on A2 is simple Mpeg4, which is also known as Mpeg4 ASP. Also, A2 doesn't decode VBR well so make sure you choose CBR bitrate.

Video codec: Simple Mpeg4, Mpeg4 ASP
Note: Xvid or Divx may not play properly or at all
Size: 320x240 or as per screen size
Bitrate: 400-500kbps CBR. Higher may cause lag.

Audio: AAC 44,1KHz CBR

Problem: Should I lower the bitrate and frame rate when lowerring the resolution?
