I doubt whether the firwares would be the same for the fact that the T310 has a larger screen than the T300... this making the menu bigger.
It has the same screenresolution ...

T310 is based on T300 firmware... and there is probably not much difference since T310 has R1G001 as latest (same as T300)

I think the difference between the 310 & 300 is the firmware and the external design. The 310 looks rather boxy than the 300....

Word. If we could update the T300 with a calendar and voice dialing, I'd say we'd be all set.
not going to happen- the memory used for these features in the t68 is already being used for your morphun and polyphonics in the t300/t310.

Actually, initial reviewers say the T310 has a FAST menu interface. It's likely they upgraded the processor.

don't know about that, but it definitely has the same memory. possibly less available, due to the extra built in game and other customisations.

Who said the screen was bigger? The T68m/i, T300, T310 and T316 are all using the same hardware platform. These are the ONLY differences hardware-wise:
T68m/i : regular ringtone generator, Bluetooth chip
T300 : 24-note polyphonic generator, no BT
T310/T316 : 32-note polyphonic generator, no BT. (T316 operates on 850 band for better US compatibility.)
all of them have 101x80 screens, 256 colors (8-bit) only...screens are exactly the same!
