Will it support the mkv-container with hw-accel? If not it's as bad as the Arc... decode x264 in software is not fast.

It looks great as usual and the UI is stunning! however i find the sony logo too big I'll miss the digital-sans font on

I missed Xenon flash so much, if this had it, it'll compete for the cameraphone ultimacy

Yeah, hate the 'Sony' logo, not a cutting edge font at all

Is it confirmed as being quad-band HSDPA?

It's a pain having 2 different models on the market in Australia.

Taken from SE site
"Memory card slot: 32 GB eMMC
Internal phone storage: 1 to 1.5 GB
RAM: 1 GB "

It's hard to say if the card is removable or just embeded in the phone. Judging from very low info, this phone probably supports microSD but it's not removable, fail ...

Be aware that eMMC = Embedded (and hence non-replacable) MMC as I understand it.

From Xperia S white paper:

Internal phone storage 1-1.5 GB
Flash memory 32 GB eMMC

From Xperia ION white paper:

Internal phone storage 1-1.5 GB
Flash memory 16 GB eMMC
Expansion slot microSD, upto 32 GB

Not sure what Internal phone storage is used for (perhaps, phone book and such stuff).

Internal Phone Storage is used for Applications and their data, phonebook, and Messages.

The phone is totally brilliant but why these stupid solutions.
Non removable battery is a total letdown!!!!

And what about memory than, I hope those embedded cards will still supporr USB transfer like before.
