I'd say the GS2, One X and Xperia S are also pretty good and comperable to iP4S.

And and I'm not diss appointed with its camera

im not very impressed with sony`s high end series.............
think iphone 4s new back-illuminated sensor increase lowlight & flash photos a lot.

maybe a shot of the mannequin with the Xperia S would of proved that? The SG2 does a better shot quite clearly!

Very good performance of both iphone 4 and 4s.
I like the aperture of f/2.4 in iphone 4s.
