Well i`ve just installed it, i`ve only managed to get one video so far to test it, a short Cardigan video clip, sound quallity is awfull but full screen quallity is better than i thought it would be, it`s very watchable.

Had a hard time transfering the movie clips to the phone, but I saw that using IR instead of USB should work and it did!

Well i think they let that guy @Swatfa release the beta version to test the level of interest, but when the obvious shortfalls or the software became evident (no volume adjustment for sound, bad sound quality,no way to stop the video once started, & continual crashing) maybe the developers thought it didn`t show them in a good light, so they made it look like an unofficial release. also to my knowledge only one "full" screen short clip was available, so it`s best to wait till the official release of the full free download version, the company say that will be in March.
