yep, gone are the days of 2.6-3.5inch screens, lol! It is quite ridiculous, as just a year ago, a phone with a 4inch display was seen as large, even my mates who mostly have BlackBerrys make fun of both my X10 and GS2, they don't call my phones phones, they call them TVs

they are going to flip when they see this, lol. So, we are now at a point where mid ends are between 4-4.5inch, low ends are around 3.5-3.7inch and high end is 4.6-5.5inch.
