There has been optical zooms before in phone cameras from Sharp,Samsung,Nokia but they were all ugly. But this is horrid imagine making a call on that thing??

They should maintain the flash guide number from the Galaxy Camera, it's the most powerful Smartphone flash the market has seen yet, and it'll be a shame for Samsung if they will reduce the power output just to make the S4 Zoom thinner

Looked at the preview sample images on gsmarena, the camera is just average if not worse imo, camera seems to suffer from overblown highlights and purple fringing which looks like the lens is definitely the one to blame. Corner softness seems to be also present.
