Looks like the burst mode is actually 80fps and it outputs 20fps.
Each 4 become 1.
If it is true, it indeed has new exmor.
Adding SD888 alone would not make 557 act 4x faster compared to 1ii.
All sensors have faster readout speed. Better low light photography.

Hope they tackled the heating of the processor and also throttling issues caused by overheating!

Kind of wish the 1 III supported MM wave, guess I should happy that they actually support n41 and n71 unlike 1 II, which practically did not support any US 5G at all. Also wish they had that green too! Was going to go for the silver to only find out that US won't carry that color
.
Otherwise, I'm very excited about the phone~! Can't wait until the release, as I am in need of a replacement. Guess I won't look forward to the price.
Anyone got news on the potential release date and price?
I'm surprised they went on to support TMO n71 but then they went on and dropped ATT 5G bands hahah.. What's up with Xperia guys and their US 5G mess they are making?
Also there is a hands on video of 1III by Engadget Japan.
Doesn't AT&T uses n5 5G band in the US, it's listed in the spec sheet, why wouldn't be compatible with AT&T 5G?

They are expanding their 5G coverage with n2 and n66 instead of n5 for some reason.

n2 and n66 are both part of the spec sheet though!
