i think the nero burning rom file encoder is very usefull it also support's mp3pro!
also you could try the easy cd-da extractor wich has al lot of input/output features and is very fast

Because U can encode with MP3Pro..
it makes the MP3 files half size, but same quality...(128 or something bitrate)...
Works perfect...
