try do it yourself..
wen in the composer, press the OPTIONS buttons, then ADD EFFECT n choose ur effect.
place em where you want in your melody, aint dat hard really...

U couldn't have tried with it as its e-melody not i-melody and u don't even get edit option in the menu. I suggest instead of "bumping this shite" 1000 times, u go to christersson.org, download melody composer, open ringtones with it and add some special effect urself. Easy as that.
