It only works with a handsfree. Not with a wireless handsfree then. This post was posted from a T68

No you cant control your entire phone with the 'magic word'. When you say the magic word you will hear the same beep as you hear if you press the yes-button for 2 sec. So instead of pressing the yes button you just need to say the magic word instead. This post was posted from a T68

How can you use the magic word, when you use an bluetooth-handsfree? I got HBH-15, and I still has to press the button on the back of it to use the voicecallfunction. When I activate the magicword, I only can choose from two alternativs, portal and car? This post was posted from a T68

Settings...voicecontroll...voicesetting...magic word. Instead of holding the yes-button for 2sec, you just say a key-word, magic word, to make a voicecall. But you must use a handsfree. This post was posted from a T68

Answer to Skjalg: to record a magic word just look somewhere in the 'voice-settings' (or what ever that menu is named.) you will find it easy. To use this feature you need a hands-free. (NOT a blue-tooth one) when you have your magic word activated just say the word, and after that you will hear the same beep as you hear when when you press the yes-button for 2 sec. So thus pretty outag the whole thing, instead of pressing you yes-button say your 'magic word'! ;-) This post was posted from a T68

Good tip is to make the magic word quite long something perhaps like:

"Make a call" or "dial number" etc (shorter one word magic words will cause the phone to react when you say a similar word),

Also when recording, make sure the handsfree is plugged in when recording your voice.

Hope this helps, its worked for me

actually, they did state that clearly in the manual. magic word only works with handsets and bluetooth and all that.

and if you didn't see it in the manual, common sense would help
