? Of course you need the SIS file, how else would you launch Doom? And I do believe that you need the SIS file and both the wad's to be on the same hard disk.

1. Make sure you installed edoom.sis
2. This will create a folder called "DOOM" under your documents (phone or memstick).
3. Place both WAD files there (doom1.wad, doom3.wad)

A tip to you guys who can't get it work.
The name in the DOOM folder of wad files shall be. "doom1" and "doom3" I got E before doom1, couse that..

Above is a screen scapture of the file set up that I finally got working. It seams that caps are even important. Does anyone see any opportunities for improvement?
