Definitely worth getting if you're in the business where you're phone gets thrown around a lot or also if you need to keep it attached to your belt, ready for action.

But I feel a case is important to protect the phone....!

Or just use a pouch (which can also be attached to your belt) but which doesn't really attach to our beautiful P800's (i.e. you still need to take the P800 out of the pouch to use it). At least this way, you have protection when you need it and can attach it to your belt when necessary, but at the same time when you're actually using the P800, its out of the pouch so its style and class is not "covered".
