I say the R520. The T68i is a great phone, but is still being sold, so i don't think it should get HOF status until it's discontinued.

Ericsson gh 337 with this phone ericsson showed the world a real small phone. Other phones popular att that time was nokia 2010 and siemens marathon and motorola micro tac all phones where big except GH 337.

Everyone here gave the reason "innovative for its time" ... but EVERY high-end Ericsson phone was innovative for its time.
The GF 788 was the smallest GSM phone at the time...it was the first "tiny" GSM phone at that time.
The T28 was Ericsson's first 3v phone... it sported the first Li-Pol battery ever on a commercial release phone. I think it still holds the record for the thinnest commercial GSM phone at 15mm.
The R380 was the first hand-sized "smartphone" that doubled as a PDA.
The T39 was the first "tiny" GSM phone that had it all..GPRS, tri-band, Bluetooth, voice dialling/memo, Li-Pol battery, incredible standby time, IR, E-mail, WAP, SMS, EMS, grayscale screen, PIM w/ full calendar functions, and the famous "Magic Word"
The R520 had all of the above PLUS a full duplex speakerphone, proximity sensor (a first, which Nokia now has on their 7650) and... just a little trivia for all R520 owners... did you notice that the IR 'eye' flows seamlessly into the rest of the body? This is because the entire side of the body shell is moulded out of the IR plastic. That's why you don't feel any lines around the 'eye'
Both the T39 and R520 had optional one-month batteries (although I was only able to get my R520 to hit 3 weeks and 2 days
) and were the first camera enabled GSM phones on the market
The T68i was the first successful colorscreen GSM phone that introduced the joy-stick navigation system, Bluetooth, IR, tri-band, GPRS, email, WAP, MMS, EMS, SMS, IMY/EMY ringtones, Li-Pol, full PIM sync with Outlook...and popularized the Communicam.
The P800 is well... everything ever developed for GSM crammed into one device.
....anyway... back to the topic... if based purely on PHYSICAL DESIGN (not features) ... I'd have to say the T28. Feature-wise... I'd have to say the P800. All-around, design & features... the T68.

well balancing up every thing i'd say it's the t68i and in the second place t39 and comes the p800-not considering the coming soon list-
