Just spoke to orange
shop has no stock - and woman said she wouldnt replace it anyway
so spoke to technical and they are figureing out what to do and are getting back to me.
anyone else had ms duo problems?
it takes 8 attempts to get it to stay in place
and as for the earpiece the mesh is coming out of the hole (looks like a eyelash stuck in the earpiece)

I don't know if this will make you feel better, but I have heard that some Duo slots behave like this. I rarely remove mine, but there were a couple of times where I'd have to try 2x to get it to stay in. No big deal for me really, as long as it stays in.

sounds like you might not be pushing the duo into the slot properly. Are you using your nails to push it in hard?
About the earpiece, I can't undersand anything from your description. how about taking a photo with your P800 and posting it so we know what you're talking about...

No problems with either MS Duo or earpiece. Sorry to hear that they cant/wont replace it!
