Sorry, I didn't see your remark about the error message.
The only thing I can suggest is to remove Opera from your phone. Then install file manager and make sure you delete EVERYthing opera related from your phone (I think you can also delete it through the control panel, storage manager).
After that, try installing Opera again.
That may work.
