I emailed one of the guys and they said they will ship to US citizens, I think that meant that for the shipping price they listed they will ship to UK only. I still havent ordered, but am thinking about it.

There is no risk, its no different than buying from exansys or another email based company, the offer is limited for now to the first 100 people.
If you would like to pay £500 to feel more 'safe' then feel free and goto another site and pay this amount.
We are just trying to establish ourselves and our site and by offering at a low low price we are hoping to achieve this.
