Ok. I just signed up. But the question now is how much is enough? The number of petitioners are now close to a thousand. How much do we need? Ten thousand? I hope se would give us an idea on how many are we talking about.

First of all we are NOT talking about Java. Java and Mophun isn't the same, in fact they are not even close. We are talking about Mophun on the T68i. Which without a doubt is possible to add to the T68. But i doubt it very much, it doesn't make sense from a business point of view for SE to include Mophun in the T68. I can only see one reason why SE should include Mophun in the T68 and that would be if they together with Synergix (the makers of Mophun) would like to expend the Mophun gaming market.
But as I said I doubt it. The T68 is selling really cheap now, and is probably about to be phased out of the market.

Get a life... New phones are coming out or are already out - T610, T310, Z1010, P800...
SE can't look backwards and waste their already limited resources on such "upgrade"...
Don't get me wrong... I love the T68m/i. It is remarked by many to be in the Ericsson Hall of Fame. But the fact is: its era is over; overtaken by many other phones of other makes and the newer T610 and P800...

Sorry to rain on your parade but its not going to happen.
SE have gone out of their way to be nice to their users, free upgrades from t68 to t68i and all kinds of other things.
However, you can't seriously expect them to turn around and give an old phone what is (arguably) one of the main selling points of their new phones.
The t610 is being hailed as the t68s successor and they aren't going to take features from that to put in an old phone.
I doubt it would happen if everyone who ever had a t68i signed it. They are nice but above all they are a business, a business that has a small market share and relies on people buying new phones.
Maybe after treating its users so much better than other manufacturers (a comparison made in the past between Nokia and SonyEricsson is like comparing Microsoft and Apple) we should think about buying their new phones to keep them in existance.
I had a t68/m which I sadly enough dropped in the park, then upgraded to an /i with a communicam - I'm planning on going to a t610 and encourage everyone else to do so also.
Lets keep

running!
