G'day d-_-b,
I take it you live in Sydney seeing that you got your MS Duo from Fox Studios unless you were just visiting from another state.
I too live in Sydney and have been searching for a 128MB MS Duo. How much did you pay for your 128MB MS Duo?? Will have to pay Fox Studios a visit.
As for converters to MP4s, well, I use Mpegable's X4 Live to create MP4s for my P800. Works like a treat! I've since converted a 43MB full music video clip down to around 6MB and it works perfectly on my P800. There is also a software called RM Converter which will convert .rm files to .avi and from there you can use X4 Live to convert the .avi to .mp4. Not much loss in quality too. Hope this helps.

For better sound you could try QuickTime 6.0 Pro and export to MPEG-4, which will give you AAC (MPEG-4 Audio) sound, which is better than AMR.
It is well known, however that Apples Video MPEG-4 codec is so-so.
