Ericsson states that the logos must be below 3000 bytes in size when downloading from a WAP page. But we have found that this limit not always are correct. You should be able to install most logos with a size less than 2600 bytes, but may have problems with logos with size in the range 2600-3000 bytes.

Is there any way to change the opening and closing animations??

I don't think so. You are able to download MyAnimation for T20, T29, R300d etc., but this progam is not available for the T68.

I have the same problem. Most images don't show up in the WAP browser. Is it the phone's software version? Is there a newer one?
I cleared the browser cache, but to no avail.

Well, what do you really need to use the laptop's IR - what programs are needed to transfer background pictures from the lap to the phone (T68) ?

styx, all you need is Windows ME, Windows 2000 or Windows XP and a notebook. You activate the phone's IR interface and place it close to the notebooks IR. The phone should be recognized by Windows now.
Then you choose one of the downloaded GIFs, click the right mouse button and select "Send to IR device" (or similar, depends on Windows version). That's all.

do u think there will be a update software for the T68? just wish that Ericsson can include a chatbox like thing via bluetooth connection and support multiple T68.. that would be great rite...

and how wonderfully izzit if they allow us to store more than one background at a time..

Heh, yeah text chatting to other people via bluetooth is of course REALLY useful considering the max range of bluetooth is 10metres or so. Why don't you just talk to each other?
