The main thing was the fact that it didn't have capability to support Line 2! How stupid is that! Sometimes you think these so called 'technology' companies don't think about simple things.
And also when you see a device with so much potential not being used you kind of look at it in a different light to a phone that is using it's ability to the full.
-I may get another one if this firmware upgrade is worth the hassle and I can get a decent price for an upgrade-
