unlock is quite different, and understandable to charge for it. On the other hand, sw upgrade should be free (so it is in Europe) at least if the phone is still in its warranty period

Hello!!! Isn't calendar (more not to say about syncing) on the T300/T310 still a rumour?

Can the R3 310 firmware update be installed on a T300 ? I think they both use the same hardware and resources..., the T310 has a new look and new games,,,

Has anyone upgraded a T300 with the new firmware ??? Can you confirm please...

probably no other sw upgrade had so many changes as this before...

- calendar with auto profile change (eg auto silent mode before a meeting)
probably the same as in higher class SE phones, like T68
- notepad with "post-it" function
- sync with PC at last
- unicode chars
- T9 for hungarian

So, now i got the R3B003 software with the calendar etc. + supposedly synch to Outlook etc.
Well, great, but does the cable modem work, too? The Phone Manager used to recognise "My 310", but now with all new software it doesn't do anything.
I use the T200 and T610 cable modem drivers on COM1 and COM2, which are set to 9600.
Any suggestions on how to get the cable modem to work? Or at least to communicate with the phone?

This is Sam here, frm India.
Just few days back I bought the T310. Felt a bit weird reading the T310 specs that it doesn't support sync.
But what you have said gives a new ray of hope !!! yippee...
Gotta contact the shop sooon for an upgradation.
Though I got some doubt since the T310 was released just in Dec'02 hardly 7 months back by SE.

Could you please tell me is the version that I am having the older one and are you sure I would be getting improved things in phone if upgraded upon....asking bcoz this is my first ever SE phone....
