Hope this helps...do a master reset, enter ur phone lock code, right after prs sing the YES button...count 12 sec. On the 13th sec, remove the battery. Allow a minute b4 turning ur phone on. Notice that the predefined default themes r now deleted. :-D This message was posted from a T68i

Yes, it does really work!!! a little bit tricky, 1st time went wrong, nothing really happend, but 2nd time it worked! ALL PICTURES, TONES AND THEMES WERE FINALLY GONE!!!!!

It does work on T68x and T300!

Yes it works. But timing affects amount of memory freed up. Experiment for the exact time. No need to worry; if unappy with repeated results, a full master reset (without removing the battery) will restore the phone to its original factory installed settings. It must vary by network -- and whatever crap they add in -- and it definitely varies depending upon software version. At least it does on a T300.

I finally got around to doing this "13 sec trick" to my T300 and it worked fine...for a while. At some point well after the partial reset I went into the phonebook to make a call and most of the numbers were "disappeared". They weren't exactly missing...the places they used to occupy in the listing were there, but they were blank with no information at all. I restored it from the sim card but then it happened to the text messaging templates. Well I hardly think this is worth getting rid of a T-Zones icon and a few K of memory so I did a full reset and everything has been fine since then. Lesson learned.
