We had a repeat caller recently who had warnings sent out about him through the entire company. Legend has it that he was a friend/brother of someone who worked at o2.

I had him on the line once, spouting insider knowledge "Check and click on the tab."

I would advise him of a few things and get told I was wrong and to check somewhere else.

I like to think of myself as a damn good advisor and I will try my best to help anyone (just ask ardman_ryan and all the other people I've tried to sort out on here) but people that I am trying to help telling me what to do really ... naffs me off.

Also people who come on with an attitude need to be shot. I'm not paid enough to take your s**t.

If you want help, phone up and be nice. Yelling does no good, neither does telling advisors what to do using insider knowledge.

i know that one... people think they know more... but for serious.. out of the entire place there are very few people I would trust to help me out if I was the customer. Some peopel are so lazy.

For example I'd get a call on the lucent, or an email... customer wanted this checking out and had your lucent! call them back... rather than the git just doing his job which is a piece of piss anyway.

There's only so much I'll help people with... and if they show attitude they will get a lot less

Alright, so you don't like people giving you attitude -

Why advise people here to give advisors attitude?

Jalu

PS. Sorry for the response but you hit a nerve.

sorry mate... wasn't supposed to.... was more aimed at some of the dipshits who work there.... I know there are people who are good at the job and I also know a lot of people who are naff or just can't be bothered. Didn't wanna cause offence... I'll edit the post shall I? I know quite a lot of people wouldn't know about calling 111 and asking for the nap system... that's all.

l have to say that o2 have possibly the worst attitude to customer service. my company simply could not survive with the same outlook. No one at o2 seems to own a customer issue, I got called 'some bloke' the other day when I mystery called! This message was posted from a P800

By all means people, ask for the data services team - the bit that I wasn't fond of was the "make them feel dumb" - I wouldn't wish that on anybody.

well that's the kind of thing I mean... of course you can't take it that everyone who works for o2 has the same attitude. As with any company there are people who are there just for some money and can't be bothered doing even their simple job right. There are people like this everywhere.

hey Jalu... I'm sorry man... that's been removed. It's gone. I didn't wanna cause offence... just that I've been in the place all day and the weather's been gorgeous.

Sorry for any offence
