contaygious, it is cost me only $ 45 ($25 for firmware upgrade and $20 for overnight delivery
coz I cannot wait my phone). btw I recommend virtual dynamix, they really have good customer service and verry fast. I recieved my phone today in the morning and I did play it phone with the new firmware and everything was going well so far. It is worth the money to upgrade to R2A.

Where did you guys get your phones from ? I'm from the UK but when I visited BestBuy, CompUSA, Circuit City in Florida last week, they had know idea what this phone was ! Fortunately, I was carrying mine and I think I dazzled them with what it could do (and I onlly showed them a couple of things !) !!!
