thats because the us is still behind the other country's, sms is only now taking off, we had that in the year 2000, so and in china and japan, they have the best of the best, a phone whit build in cam of 1.3mega pixels now thats the good stuff

May/June in asia you say? Acctually the date for the official Launch in India, Pakistan, Nepal, and Malasia is 29th April.

It's not a bad news for Europians but its a good news. Because like here in Cebu, Philippines we're always hit by experimental markets not only from cellphones but mostly medicines and foodstuffs. So, why worry? When the time comes it will be released in your market, i'm sure It undergone a rigid evaluation.

SE Austria (Europe) told me today that the T610 will be available by end of June.
In my mind thats bad news for the T610 because Siemens told me that the feature packed SX1 is coming in the beginning of June.
If this is true I'll stick to the SX1.

we cant compare but there are few options and if not less we choose to have the better one right?I mean if the T610 comes really late,what's the point since there will be better products with similar features(not mentioning sx1 coz its not that small either)...I think end of june is really very late for this phone to come out...

I'm not trying to compare these phones.
I'm just saying that these 2 phones are the only ones i can imagine owning in the near future, and if they will be released at similar times or the SX1 even earlier, then I'll take the Sx1. Just my choice.
And believe me, I was really looking forward to own a t610, it'll be a great phone only the 2MB memory is really pissing me off.
