As I want an all-in-one phone PDA it would still be the P800 (which I now have).
The new palm & iPAQ pnone combi's will be nice but a bit too big to put up to your ear without looking a complete prat!!!

Not so much the phone but a full wireless connectivity package. Say a t610 with clie nz90 and a g4 powerbook.
