Maybe you guys had forgotten about it, deadman borrow his friends T68i for the picture taking, and he did mention previously, that his friend bought the phone without box, so maybe his friend was just buying a demo display t68i, and the company there wants to "earn money", so they don't mind selling the demo off to costomer.

Why Hungary? Why not?It doesn't mean anything that you could buy T68i in Hungary berore its release. For example you can already buy the new coloured-screen Samsung mobiles (which are going to be presented on CEBIT) here in Hungary.
Not all these phones are not originally from Hungary, some people (who deal with mobiles) has good connections so they buy it and bring it to Hungary and sell them for about 160% of the real price and here in Hungary some people pay this price! That's the reason we have these phones before their release!
