As said earlier, they don't have them in stock anymore. I bought 3 last week and they delivered only 1 piece... They were pretty optimistic as of getting them again this week and they told me they would call me as soon as they get them. I will make sure to pass the information to all of you when they do.

Not happy with the 'SHOULD' aspect of their reply I replied-
I'm suprised at your answer.
The items I ordered were IN STOCK when will they be *dispatched*?
Also, considering the cost in the postage I'm being charged, for feather
light items why can't they be fedex 3 day delivery?
Can you please confirm these items are in stock as stated

We don't offer FedEx International. First, products have to be shipped to
our sales office and then forwarded to you via USPS. You knew when placing
an order that the delivery takes 10 business days.

For someone who is in customer services/support the tone of your e-mails
leaves a lot to be desired.

How long has The Twister Group been trading?....are you a new Company?
Also you STILL have not answered my questions

We've been in business for 4 years. We have many satisfied customers. Some

It was very busy day: not many stores have this product in stock. We have
many orders that could not be fulfilled because this memory is sold out.
I already answered your question about the stock: you couldn't place an
order if we didn't have items in stock. It is allocated for your order.
What is "dispatched"? Is it the same as "shipped"? Yes, it is shipped. First
to our sales office and then, once delivered to us, will be forwarded to
you. Our warehouse doesn't ship overseas, so we handle it here.
How many stores did you see ship internationally? And how many of them have
this product in stock? Imagine overwhelming number of orders, questions,
inquiries?

Very poor, obviously considering cancelling, but want the sticks can any friendly forum member who placed an International order with them possibly e-mail them and see when they will be sent. Hopefully get a friendlier more professional response.

I got my MS duos today !!!!!!!!!!!!!
the place I ordered from thetwistergroup had them here in 2 business days with UPS ground !!!! finally I have a ton of space, although formatting them was kind of a pain cause I had to rebuild the directory structure after doing the 4096 unit allocation size, but at least I got a meg and half back that SE steals
!! In any case for ye with little faith these are duos and I'll be putting 8 of them up for grabs on ebay (once I get them up I will post the URL)
@antski - dude, do you get off from making comments that don't correlate with reality ? did you GO to their warehouse and that's how you knew to say that they aren't duo's ? .... pics below :

I'd be prepared to get stung by fedex in a few weeks - I ordered some stuff from the states and it took Fedex several weeks to send me an invoice. I'd thought I'd gotten away with it
Also someone on another forum bought a Duo from P800er.com and got charged duty a while later
Please let me (us) know if you do get away with it!

To avoid taxes when ordering from P800er, use registered airmail option. Quite a number of people in UK received theirs in <1 week using this option as reported elsewhere in this forum.
