The HBH 60 does not have a shorter range - its 10 metres like other bluetooth devices tho Ive got about 12 - 14 out of it.

HBH-35 looks cool! I love the design of hbh-30/35

but I wonder what's different between hbh30/35/60?

HBH-35 is more or less the same as HBH-30 but with much better standby and talk time, also sound quality was told to be improve. HBH-35 also support both bluetooth headset and handsfree profile but I dunno what's the different between the 2.

On the other hand, HBH-60 is rather small and compact bluetooth headset. But standby & talk time may not be too good.

Bluetooth SPEC is 10 meters... you got 14 meters from your HBH-60? That's 42 feet.

Just because a device has the 'claimed' range of 10 meters, doesn't mean it can really hit 10 meters... the type of antenna, power output, sensitivity and other factors affect range.

no replacement battery it is using all the design of HBH30 in term of plastic.

the differences is on the chip set since they have longer stand by, better quality and new features.

only differences on the look is as you see it....new colour and the badge.

also, once you look at the press release in SE homepage, they have in fact make hbh30, hbh60 and hbh20 suit for different category of user.

"Sony Ericsson currently has Bluetooth handsfree solutions meeting different user needs. Together they cover what consumers ask for in wireless headsets and handsfrees. For high performance, HBH-30 and the new HBH-35 offer excellent talk and standby times and superior sound quality. These are used mainly in the office and in the car, and are also perfect for noisy environments.

For stylish communications, the neat and lightweight HBH-60 is convenient to always have at hand. Suited perfectly for when on the move and needing to free hands for other tasks. For added features, HBH-20 and HBM-30 are ideal for heavy phone and smartphone users, the HBM-30 also offering music player feature."

seem like they start treating BT headset like mobile phone (with different targetted segment)
