The only way to upgrade is by taking the phone to a SE-service point.
Well, I know that T68i in the latest SW-edition supports bluetooth Handsfree profile
Not sure about the R6 version.
T610 will also support both headset and handsfree profiles,..just like e.g. HBH-60 headset.
