to convert mp3 to ogg download the codec for dbpoweramp from
http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central.htm. it's very easy.
have a look at
http://www.vorbis.com/faq.psp for comparison rates between ogg and mp3 and advice on what rate to convert your mp3's.

pc suite specifies some filetypes for some folders in your p800 so you don't try copying .ogg file into /audio folder...
but, thanks to programmer, oggplay can detect .ogg files in both /audio , /documents or /other folders both in phone memory and mem.stick..so you can copy them into documents folder...if you really insist, try qfileman to move .ogg file into /audio directory..
