I have had this a couple of times..
When you start a backup, all items are shut down, then phone restarted in backup mode.
when backup is complete the phone should shut down, i have noticed that sometimes it doesn't it just blanks the screen and stop the backup software!
when using the power button you get the error stated in the above posts as not all require drivers etc are running.. a simple reboot and all is fine.
the times the phone pwersdown properly all is ok

Divide by Zero is undefined, not infinity, otherwise it would be really easy to get computers to deal with divide by zero, my life would be a million times easier if someone would just sit down and say "Right, divide by zero equals ..."
as for the problem, I don't know sorry, but it would deffinately be worth trying to get your firmware upgraded

Had same problem and after long time searching other solutions, SE only could tell me to do a Master Reset.
I then took it to a service center to do a firmware upgrade in stead.

maybe ur internal memory is too full, try deleting some stuff (apparently it's recommended that u leave the internal memory approx 50% free) or moving stuff to memory stick
