There's been a lot of speculation about this whole video thing, SE have said that there won't be one, but they are only talking about their own developments.
The whole point of a phone like the P800 is that it runs an operating system that can have pretty much any kind of application written for it. Has anyone asked SE if there will be a Sega Master System emulator? Unless the person you ask actually knows about the existing one, they'll tell you the same thing.
Chances are at some point some one will come up with a video recorder at some point and sell it on Handango, SE won't have anything to do with it, so they can only tell you what they have planned for it.
Just chill out and wait and see... (or download all the SDKs and write it yourself!)
