Hmm... I'm quite sure the 7650/3650 has a STN screen and not a TFT screen. The colours aren't vivid enough for a TFT screen, not that it matters that much. It's quite a good screen anyway.

7650 and 3650 use STN screen displays, not TFT.
If you don't believe me, then try comparing them with the GD88 display w/c uses a TFT screen and you'll see the big difference.
Added info:
TFT is more clearer and better in terms of display quality but it consumes more battery power compared to STN.

4mb internal memory. U can add a 16mb to 128mb memory card.
