thanks very much to everyone who provided links! but still got this problem of the ringtones not being loud enough when they play on my T610. I've already switched the ringing volume to MAX!any suggestions?

This has been discussed many times. Search for psmplay (the MIDI editor, not the PS2 emulator) and use that to adjust the MIDI volume to max. You'll get slight improvements.
