Some bloke posted on here he bought the phone on the 16th and by the 17th the black part had cracked saying that the plastics used are extremley thin and not of high quality.

Well I don't know what the other guy did to make the plastic crack, but I've had the phone for 3 days now and first impressions for myself and the other T68 owners in my office is that the construction is much more solid. I'm especially pleased that SE have replaced the horrible plastic volume control on the side (Which kept falling off) with buttons...

Not really cos I would have wanted it on O2 as I think they have the best tariffs by far at the moment (when ordering online) and for some reason O2 won't sell SE products.

Thats just stupid for me. I damage my phones easily. I've had 3 t68i's since NOV and need the insurance from the operator, (Had orange care on it). Every time I have ever bought an offline phone I have needed a new phone within 4 months (excl my beloved 8210, 1 and a half years it lasted and I put it through hell!).
