I wouldn't mind paying $ for choice games or apps but free tetris or pac-man seem reasonable. Or at lease do away with the certification requirement for developers pack.

Make money, create and sell games in order to make profit but *don't* kill our interest in developing software. I was much interested in creating little apps for my favorite phone, just to see 'em running on my T300 for my own use.
Software development should be free and this certification policy just ruins it.
Synergenix and other software houses, continue your work, many of your games are excellent and many people buy them, but let us, "the plain/home/garage/amateur/dreaming programmers", also create software.

As a MOPHUN games developer I can understand why people want games for free.
But I make games to be sold.... Making a petition for free games sounds interesting and may work, but buy the sounds of it you only want free games, no one really has shown any interest in buying any of the games on mophun that I can see have replied in this forum. (I could be wrong on this though)
As to just wanting to make money, sure I want to make money, but it aint that much (I still need to do my fulltime job with overtime to make ends meet), and for your quallity games, there are a few, but as soon as it comes into warez contact and the programmers dont see money coming back for thier time and effort they wont make anymore and you could basically stop more decent games being written.
As to freeware, I am sure it will happen soon enough, but this doesnt justify the warez. You can play demos to see if the game is good, if you like it buy it.
As to the cost I dont think its to high, it may come down if it was to sell more. No one wants to spend 3 to 4 months writing a decent game and then people complain that they have to pay for it.
