Erm, is R2F better than R2D?

I was gonna upgrade to R2D this week, but if R2F is better I'll go for that instead.

Firmware updates should be free within the first year of warranty.

I took mine to R's Electrics in Tottenham. Just a few yards north of the junction of White Hart Lane and High Road on west side of road.
It can take half-hour to 2 or 4 hours depending on the waiting list for the day. It does not matter what network your on. Mine's on T-Mobile. It completely erases all data so make a backup if possible. Or move any photos, ringtones etc to memory card as that is not affected by update.

Just in case anybody in US is interested, call the software upgrade center (Solectron) at 1-877-234-3249 for further assistance with upgrading the firmware for the P800 mobile phone.
I was told that is free (at least from R2d to R2F) and it only costs $37 for shipping costs (overnight).

i think your all mistaking what firmware you have it goes by the organiser Numbers not the phone part which changes the least.

Phone: CXC162002 R2F

Bluetooth: CXC12529 R5A

Organiser: CXC162001 R2D02
CDA: CDA162001/5 R5A02

before that was

Phone: CXC162002 R2F

Bluetooth: CXC12529 R5A

Organiser: CXC162001 R2B03

CDA: CDA162001/1 R4A02

before that i think was

Phone: CXC162002 R2D

Bluetooth: CXC12529 R5A

Organiser: CXC162001 R2A16

CDA: CDA162001/1 R3A12

and before that i think was

Rumour has it that the next big update for the p800 will give us
