Hehe, very nice
Although I will keep my old midi-set, because of the 400k diskspace and because of the 10 sec wait it is probably not possible to use a midi as an alarm sound...

I dont seem to have a "Beatnik" folder in either C or D, should I just create this folder, or am I missing a previous download that creates this folder?
Also, is it the "NPATCHES.HSB" file that I have extracted that I am copying to this location? Just curious as I have only really used .SIS files before on my P800.

Diggs09,
I did just that (on my C drive) and it worked a treat! Propper piano sounds at last!
Cool.

I assume you mean create the folder?
I'll give that a try and see how I go

Thanks aj,
I have done it all & it works exactly as you said. It's great; Thanks a lot. I was wondering what exactly has been done? How many instruments did my P800 support originally? How many does it support now?

Hi Ajack,
Are you saying that any MIDI files you add to your system will play the new patches, or just the built-in MIDI sounds?
I'm guessing you've taken the built-in MIDI files and run them through the Beatnik Audio Editor and added/re-voiced them with the patches that are built in to the P800's Beatnik playback engine, with more polyphony?
Cheers from Sungai Petani
