Ok, it's been a long time since I played it......but if I'm not mistaken, most of your controls are in the jogdial. Press up or down to scroll and push jogdial in to select. I think most of your decisions to sell, buy, roll dice, build, etc are also done this way.

Once it is your turn, you are prompted with a variety of choices. Choose Roll dice, a cool animation will show your piece moving along the board. It will then provide further choices in the form of a menu(trade/auction property, buy property, hotel, etc). The turn is up when you click to end turn.

The other players (yes, its multiplayer or against the computer) then go through their turns.

I have only copied programs/ROMS to the P800 via cable. Can't comment on GPRS, sorry.

Please let me know if it works. If not, i'll install it in my phone and see if I can be of further help.

Try

Hi there,

Nice to see my humble message has prompted this many posts.

In answer to how to play monopoly, it took me ages to work this one out so here goes (bear with me as I am writing this, playing the game, and looking busy at work, all at the same time) :

Press Cam button on the main screen of Monopoly to get to the game options screen.

Now go to SMSPlus|Lock Screen and lock the screen.

Now, if you press the jog dial to the left or right, instead of another icon being selected on the top of the P800, the cursor goes up and down ! Pick new game and press Cam.

I just discovered this bit an hour ago, now if someone could tell me how to pick 3 comps and 1 player then I would be very grateful. All I can pick is 1 human and 1 computer

Also, when the game begins, go to the options of the game and turn the scrolling off. This eliminates the crappy animation after the dice have been rolled. (Preferrable for the hard-core monopolists amongst you)

Finally, not that it is my place to suggest that I am a better player than most of you (!) but I find that if you get hold of at least 3 stations then you can't go far wrong.

Tip : Do not shout "Come on Water Works" in the office as this will result in strange looks from colleagues and a nasty rumour surfacing about your personal habits.

has anyone noticed that the game seems to pause for about 30seconds every now and again, particularly when you first start playing it? None of the buttons work for a while and you just have to wait till they start working again.
