The Double stickers is because when the phones go from SE to Tmobile they have no stickers so T-mobile put them on, then they get sent to dealerships head office who then have to open them make sure everything is in the box, add any extras ie GPRS Data or as in out shop they inform you now that the handset is GPRS and TZoned enabled then re stick it then send it out to Shops but the shops won't hold the stickers so you cannot really blame them about double stickers, on occasions you will only get one sticker if it is sent factory direct or tmobile did not stick them first time round.
We get hiss free batch of T610's on Thursday will let people know if they are hiss free or not.

Also I have noticed that when u select a ringtone, no matter which one, when someone call you, you hear a 'ring' before it actually starts playin the tone
Has anyone figured out if this is a problem or a feature??
Do all T610s have this "ring", before the tone plays??
Once the tone finishes playing, does it play the soft "ring" again before repeating the tone??

Well my T610 does play a soft ringtone before repeating the tone. I still haven't wprked out if this is a feature or a software problem though. I will be sending my T610 to Sony Ericsson today and listing the problems I have found with it, I will include that in my problems with the phone, On the phone they said they said I will get the phone back within a day via special delevery which i doubt somehow.

the manual says
You can choose a ring signal that rises in steps from the lowest volume to the highest.
To turn increasing ring volume On or Off, scroll to settings, Sound and Alerts, Increasing Ring.
that's the user guide pdf from the se web site! so it appears to be a feature that can be disabled, but it seems that users have found that they are stuck with ascending ring tones

Phone #2 has arrived...but it hisses as much as the last. I am surprised they didn't sort it prior to release. When there were problems with the 7210, it was delayed, sorted and then released. Would save everyone lots of time and money!!!

@jellyellie
I renewed my contract with T-Mobile and they basicaly said I could have the phone for free! I blagged it saying I was gonna cancel and got the T610 for free and 400 X-net minutes and 50 texts for £30 a month! Not bad eh ^_^
My T610 has hissing by the way.. Apart from that v nice phone, the STN screen, while far better than T68i's took some getting using used to after using my P800.
