Can I go to Sony Ericsson Service Center to restore it? Anyone?

That's strange - I did a factory reset on my Voda Live! T610 just before I took it back on Sunday and it brought back all the preloaded pictures that I had deleted. Maybe there are different versions depending on country? When you did a master reset did you reset everything or just the settings? I reset all by the way.

@gpwing: if you got the phone directly from a salesperson (not from Vodafone or anything) you should have a CD with all the ringtones and themes etc with it. So you can upload them from the CD. If you have the Voda Live pkg, I think you'll have to download from SE site

May I know how you do the factory reset? Do you send to to SE Service center? What do you tell them to do the reset for you? I do the MASTER RESET and RESET ALL the ringtone, games, Themes, Picture..........

I bought the phone from a seller/salesperson, but I din find any ringtones,games,themes,picture on the CD provided! You get the CD together with your T610?
