hi yeah i still have the p800 i am currently tryig to sort out the contract fee to fiish it and as useual orange are being very co-oprative i live i cardiff and im overwhelmed by the amount of offers so i feel that offers need to be made as there are so many of u pictures of the phone can be provided and all proof of purchases documents are available

i am seroiosuely selling the phone to the person who offers me the highest price because as u can see on ebay £200 is way to cheap looking at it sorry i have also found out tis going to cos me a hell of alot to canecl my contract

This is like advertising a car for sale, but because 30 people all ring up wanting it you start putting up the price. Surely it should be, you ask £200 and the first person to send you the money gets the phone. I think you should give the genuine people who have already said they want ot buy it, a chance to send you payment and do the deal.
You should have checked about canceling your contract price before saying that you only want £200 for it, and then changing your mind when alot of people say they want it. You should close this thread and open another in the phones for sale section, and state you are after offers above x price.

I don't think it is really your place to be telling him what to do mate, if he wants to change the price; he can change the price. If he wants to sell it at 200 he will, if someone offers him more he will go for the higher offer. Would you not do the same? There may be 20 genuine people all outbidding each other it is at his discretion who he sells to or not.
