Maybe the design of T226 is suitable for American. It is good for them to raise market share in America. And I think the T226 hasn't Infrared port so makes it cheaper and differ from T306/T316.
Now, it is obvious to let us see the difference between different series. The 2 series is giving cheap phone with colour screen and quite simple functions (but enough for most users) (practical), while series 1 giving more cheaper phone (simple) and series 3 giving little more functions with higher price (fun).

yes, its better then the T310 design. But nothing special.
I think it is a 256 screen like the T300, T310 and T68i has.
Its cheap for SE to order a lot of the same screens for different phones.
Waiting for the next T200 on the european market. (T210?, T220)

the screen is obviously a montage, it's not a real screenshot so i guess we still don't know if the screen is 256 colors or 65k...
i'd say it's 256... the proportional dimensions of the screen are more or less the same of t68i/t3xx 101x80 pixels screen...

ok so far only t68 - t68i is decent design, they should really talk to someone from Siemens about design, this is just crapy. uuu lets move one button and lets give it new name, hmm t265 good, ship it to usa now....
