For me, beyond the obvious sychronising with outlook, is using it with my Ericsson BT headset while driving, its very convenient though in some places using the headset is just as illegal as holding the phone with your hand. I also use the headset with my Anycom Bluetooth Adapter and forward all audio from my laptop to the headset when using any kind of voice based chat.

Come on people! You forgot the best thing!!! This is a phone! And we love to fix up our phones and personalize them! We can send pics (yes, this was said), themes (what better way to personalize your phone?!?!?!), and ringers!!! Yeah for bluetooth!

And if your computer is bluetooth enabled (naturally or with a dongle adapter), then you can get a bluetooth keyboard! This way you can be sitting in bed with your keyboard and sending stuff to your phone!

For me the killer app is the PDA connection. I read mail (well, mostly the slashdot newsletter like a good geek) on the subway every morning on my way to work. Works like a breeze...
