Guys,
Just to requote what I said to the people over on AllAboutSymbian and MySymbian, it is real... to answer those that dont think so...
And, I didn't do it to wind people up or make a profit, its a one off (at the moment) mainly because I wanted something more wieghty in feeling than the standard one (hence Gold and not aluminium), and also the tip is a better polished plastic so that it does not damage the P800 screen (the standard version is very angular if you looked at it closely).
Lastly, it actually started life as my old wedding ring ....I was once divorced .... I could have done it in silver, but the ring was gold... And it only took about 2 hours with a hammer and polisher......so I could have done it with silver or white gold (aluminium would be hard to shape with a hammer and probably easier to cast).
Maybe, someday, someone will come out with a commercial version...
but for now, I jsut wanted to share something with those people who are pleased with their P800.... I know I am...
Cheers,
Simon.

@vowless, thankyou for your explanation as to what was behind the making of that stylus. i am always interested in anyone who has an idea, then sees it through. particularly when its a hands on skill.
I am very interested in skills like workig with gold, as i have no experience in that area myself, did you create a "skin" out of gold for the plastic stylus, or is it "all" gold.
